Dictatorship culture and the worst senior leadership I have ever experienced during my entire career. Toxic environment and no progressions.

Free food and good company events

Cons

Bad culture and a revolving door of staff. Expect to work extra hours with no thank you and if you have a life outside of this company say goodbye to that too. Very bad health and safety and no care for staff.
