Pros

Co-workers are great and enjoyable to work with. Most employees are always willing to help one another.

Cons

Terrible, ridiculous, comical, THE WORST management of any place I have ever been employed. The few managers that are good to work for, didn't make up for the other nonsense that goes on in that place. The hard working, good employees were taken advantage of and under appreciated along with grossly inadequate pay. The owners are great people who were always working and not just a name on the building. The biggest problem in the place was by far the management who are only in those positions because they were "YES MEN" or knew the right person. Turn over is insanely high and its that way for a reason. If you are hard working good employee, you will absolutely be taken advantage of while the lazy clowns are allowed to get away with being that way on a daily basis.

Pros

Employees/co-workers are hardworking good people

Cons

Management uncaring, unappreciative and more concerned following the dollar, less with employee safety or well being. You will not get told you’re doing a good job, only told if you’ve done something wrong and there’s often only one chance and then they axe you.

Pros

Pay for non-CDL drivers is between $850 and $1,200. For CDL drivers, you can earn a couple thousand dollars a week. Free health insurance. Free uniforms. Pension. A cheap pension, but still a pension. It's a great place to work if you show up and do your job. If you keep messing up, expect to be let go.

Cons

Long hours High employee turnover rate Management sucks Pay is not an hourly rade for cdl so no over time for them

Pros

The pay is not bad if you forget that your putting in way too many hours for it.

Cons

Management only cares about you unloading the truck and their customers. They don not at all care about the employees. If you are injured it is your problem and there is constant heavy lifting. You will inevitably get hurt, even if its only minor. You will be expected to deliver products even in unsafe conditions, like up and down stairs, etc. The company only follows money, disregards safety.

Pros

Dicarlo Distributors offers its workers great compensation and benefits. Management listens and encourages employee ideas, and is in line with core competencies. Has been around since the 1960's delivering quality foods to prestigious restaurants and country clubs.

Cons

Risk of injury with heavy lifting, extremely long hours, a lot of confusion on drop off hours.
