Worst management olny monopolies by managers
Pros
I have been working at Spice Digital in UMANG project full-time (1 year) Pros No pros as such. No learning at all except rework and copy paste. Some Good co-workers. If you work after 9pm or 10pm you can get food of worst quality (50 Rs). When I joined the company 2017 it was a good company.
Cons
Less experienced people get higher packages. Managers don't know T of technology and P of product. On every Friday HR will mailed that this Saturday is mandatory working till 11pm without any compoff. If u will not coming to office they cut your level. Notice period is for 2 months and during this ur life is like hell(Sunday is working also and still they cut salary and told you that your performance is worst). On notice they hold your last 2 months salary as per policies. No approach for anything. Govt projects are not a flagship project but just a waste of govt money. If you complete any critical task at 10 pm and want to leave then they just gave you the another task and fource to stay in office till 6:00 am and come again on 9:30 Am and if you will not be there on time then attendance is marked as half day. And they will fire you by only giving you tha basic salary after 2 months.
