None at all I can't even think of single advantage of working here. I joined as I did not have a job but realised that it's even more frustrating to be a part of a company where there is a racism

Cons

You will be treated as slaves The managers have their own kitchen and other staff members are not allowed to enter there even if the other kitchen has a problem

Cons

Very few company/group activities. Budget constraints?? Lying to employees about pay rise, Lying to customer about consultant's experience. Lack of professional growth. Very soon you will feel you have become a cog in a bigger machine doing same thing day in day out.

Decent salary On time payment Nice company if you are billable

Cons

1. Hell to be on free list. 2. No pay rise 3. Lots of favouritism and discrimination especially by Admin staff. 4. Backstabbing by certain Account executives. 5. Lack of transparency in sales process and no collective strategy to win new work. 6. Rude behaviour by Admin staff and talent acquisition team.
