---> You get chance to work with newer technologies. ---> Able to understand end to end Product development cycle ---> Good Mentors/Managers ---> Individual Contributor ---> Nice R&D Team and Lab ---> If you start as HW Engineer or FW Engineer then it's amazing place to begin your career. Forgot to include CAD engineer and Application engineer as well. ---> No Politics ---> It's pioneered in RFID, Telecom and Industrial Automation.
