      Pros

      Some of the team members are extremely friendly & you get support from members on other teams

      Cons

      They want a certain type of person within the organisation, whether you will be successful is based more on personality rather than work ethic and personability with clients and candidates- they're heading in the complete opposite direction as to what most agencies are doing now.
