It's a long list. I will highlight few 1) Their appraisal cycle is of 2 years means once joined ,next increment will be after 2 years and that also is not necessary 2) There is fixed morning coming time and if you fail, they will charge 10 RS as punishment but there is no out time , out time will depend on work which mostly be like 8-9-10 pm in night. 3) Even on holiday , they can call you anytime and if you pickup phone, you have to do office work leaving behind your personal time/ life 4) Now on above point , Many people would be thinking that I will not pick phone at all, so let me tell you , you will be asked many questions next day and they will consider this in your appraisal which anyway will be after 2 year. 5) They have dress system, All the people below team leads has to wear uniform but team lead and above which includes HR, HR assistant, few people which are old and consider themselves boss, they can wear anything they want. Partiality is in company's policy 6) Salary can get delayed infinite number of times 7) They don't pay extra when you work overtime but they are always ready to deduct your salary if you take few hours leave 8) they have no office infrastructure, Their office is like small 3 BHK house where upto 50 people of different team like finance and IT , sits. There is no cafeteria or pantry kind of thing. 9) This company is not even ISO certified. Read your offer letter carefully. In mine it was written that I have to serve 2 month's notice period but they can throw me out anytime I have shared all these because I have experienced. Rest is your call.
