      U r exposed to defense projects at learning stage itself so that u can gain knowledge in field. Salary on time and give conveyance.

      Cons

      Employee will be treated as labour and no preference to them. Suddenly involved in multiple projects which tends to overtime n pressure. No suggestions between employees and management.
