Pros

The best. Would't work anywhere else. Great team environment and they pay close attention to work/life balance. Highly recommend.

Cons

It's a small company, so often times you wear multiple hats. It comes with the territory so has to be for the right type of person.

Pros

A fast-growing agency where that growth is felt throughout the entire company, which makes it a super exciting environment. A lot of young, fun, self-motivated people who feel passionately about everything they do. It's pretty much like working with a handful of really good friends. People here have to care about their client's success. Everyone gets really invested which leads to great products and services and actually makes you feel like you want to come into work every day. Can't say that about many places. Also a great place to learn about every arm of digital. Honestly, the sky's the limit if you're willing to assert yourself. You'll be recognized quickly for it. A lot of people here have unique expertise in marketing, social, creative and web development. You can use those resources and learn about what really interests you very easily. Really a nice size agency where you don't lose yourself in bureaucracy but still feel like high-quality projects come in and out.

Cons

Not really downsides, but a few things to keep in mind working here: You have to be self-motivated. The most successful employees here push themselves and are always looking for new, innovative ways for their clients to succeed. There aren't managers looking over your shoulder all the time, so you will be expected to bring new ideas to the table. You'll be asked to wear multiple hats. Still a smaller agency that maintains a nimble workflow, employees that succeed here are interested in learning a lot and doing a lot - its a necessity.

Great People & Work/Life Balance

Pros

• DI is a relatively smaller agency that is looking to grow but not at an overwhelming rate. This means the team is close and the workload is totally acceptable and prioritizes personal flexibility. • Unlimited PTO that you're actually encouraged to take - need a couple hours off to go get your car fixed? Feeling burned out and need some extra days off? As long as your work is getting done and you're communicating with your team, DI wants to help make life easy and fun. • Work remotely from literally anywhere - I spent months of my time at DI traveling the country and working remotely from 30 different states. DI not only supported this, but actively encouraged me to continue to explore and travel. • Bonuses - They're not guaranteed every year but DI usually gives out wonderful Christmas bonuses to say thanks to employees. • Fair compensation - My starting salary was at the highest end of what I requested and I was given a higher than cost of living raise after my first year. DI really does value retaining their talent and compensating to do so. • Management - Management TRULY cares about their team members and wants to help with problems and find solutions. DI doesn't just talk the talk when it comes to supporting employees, they really walk the walk

Cons

• Sometimes when you're a remote worker it can be harder to get up to speed and build relationships as fast, BUT DI is actively working to make this better with team meetings and cross-departmental coffee breaks that foster an inclusive and welcoming environment.
