- Zero care about the companies employees i was asked to come during the first wave of corona and was also given fake “essential services” Id to show - Been more than a year and internet doesnt work - Management just pushes the projects on the team -Hr is not given budget for any celebration - Constant pressure even on weekends - The company treatment to the employes is so bad that even articles r there questioning their ethics… if u google you will find articles - Since 6 months company has been giving salary in half, they don’t give salary on 1st they give u half after 1 week of month start, and then rest half maybe in second or third week - expecting health insurance for Covid, paid sick leaves for covid positive patients etc is like expecting -no Compensation and benefits also they don’t even give u paid sick leave - Work life balance, only the top management has it. They go for vacations while rest of the company has to slog, even on sundays.. Please join this company only if you have no other choice, please also don’t start your career with this company you’ll not learn anything

When they hire you they say you come first we will increase your salary in 3 months we promise. And once you join there’s no talk about the salary increment that they promised. The seniors are worst people here. They forgot that they are working in marketing agency not in coorporate. They are hiring their ex colleagues only for their convenience. Executive level people are treated very badly. 7 clients left them in 2 months. Very bad management. They just want you to work like slaves and lick their boots even if you have personal issues or anything. Even if you take a leave they will scold you and taunt you the next day. Some people are good. Some should be kicked out of the system. If you join here, forget about work life balance completely. There are people who are working without taking leaves for more than 4 months. Their leaves are rejected. The hiring team is a bunch of fools only hiring senior level people. No executive level people. There are no brands to work here. No opportunity. Barin sir is a gem of person, he is the CEO. Only that person is good in the company and a few more people. Rest seniors are bunch of idiots. Too much politics.
