There are no objectives, no concrete targets. The India BU is probably the worst, because of bullying, toxic work culture and no direction. Senior management is oblivious to any kind of management strategy. HR does not exist. Junior team is in a different world, again oblivious to the mismanagement and their passion is the only reason why there is some work done.

The good passionate employees leave. Very bad work culture, dominated by bullies. No organizational goals. They lie to you while hiring, and are not clear on the role they are hiring you for. They say they are transparent, but they are not. They say they are doing great work in maternal and child care, but it's redoing old stuff in a 'new' package, their work culture lacks innovation and forward thinking. All the earlier staff, torch bearers have quit in the Delhi office.
