      Cons

      Too much of Concall and discussion which may exhaust energy and de-focus from real work. No Product strategy according to Indian Market . Sales Process too lengthy to get approvals on any subject . Fancy designations given to certain people who are close to Management . Focus is only on Nominations coming to India which is the major source of Income through inflated destination charges.
