Better than the rest

Pros

Provides ongoing training for canvassers, not a high turnover company like most canvassing outfits tend to be. You really have to want to get fired to get fired. Pays $15/hr. Set your own schedule.

Cons

Unfortunately due to the nature of a lot of canvassing work, the jobs are often seasonal in nature.

Pros

None constantly lied to about wages being paid.

Cons

I worked for the company for a entire campaign and was not paid for the last 2 weeks of work. Still pursuing a wage claim with the labor board almost a year later and they are still refusing to pay over 100 workers their final 2 weeks paychecks.

SCAM!!

Pros

Absolutely zero. I could reach for a few good aspects but it really doesn’t matter because you don’t ever get paid.

Cons

Pretty much every single thing, notably the false promises on pay. Not false promises as you don’t get as much as you are promised but they give you an hourly rate and don’t pay you a dime for any work you’ve done. I’ve been waiting since July 2018 for my paycheck and have yet to receive it. This company is now Encore and I’m sure they changed the name in order to avoid any publicity that would be detrimental to onboarfing new employees. Notably, they scam and do not pay their employees.
