      Pros

      Absolutely zero. I could reach for a few good aspects but it really doesn’t matter because you don’t ever get paid.

      Cons

      Pretty much every single thing, notably the false promises on pay. Not false promises as you don’t get as much as you are promised but they give you an hourly rate and don’t pay you a dime for any work you’ve done. I’ve been waiting since July 2018 for my paycheck and have yet to receive it. This company is now Encore and I’m sure they changed the name in order to avoid any publicity that would be detrimental to onboarfing new employees. Notably, they scam and do not pay their employees.

      Pros

      -Everyone has a great sense of humor -Great for someone who enjoys working independently -Can listen to headphones whilst performing data entry -Extremely flexible with hours (can do part-time or full-time) -Direct deposit available

      -Work is limited and depends on how many signatures are received per day from the campaign -No benefits

      Pros

      Great pay. Really good management. The managers really pushed us, and made us work our hardest. They did a great job of making me want to push myself, but not get burned out. It was extremely rewarding, and also lucrative. I would work for them again in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      The seasonal nature of this work makes it pretty nonviable as anything other than an occasional side-gig when you happen to have a few weeks off.
