Pros
Meet new people, good fun with team mates and a great camaraderie. Days off are not too bad either. As most people view it as a stepping stone, there is not too much careerist activity.
Cons
Terrible to be constantly dealing with the public. Meaningless and slowly spirit crushing. Hard to maintain enthusiasm. Saturated business.
