- friendly staff - organized - great training
Cons
when I was working, there where no work from home options at all which I didnt quite understand especially after Covid. I undertand the need to have people in office every day but it would have been fine to have a hybrid model as majority of the intake work can be done remotely.

They asked employees to come back to work before Covid phase 2 was announced, and they would not continue to let me work from home even though I lived with someone who is immunocomprimised.
