      -people are great! -supportive management team -thank you for the opportunity to expand my skills

      Cons

      -system (DMS/WEBS) is really confusing and convoluted -too much administration work/processes for the case managers to be effective in their ability to manage their caseloads

      Pros

      Work from home. They will hire anyone, no experience in disability management needed, perfect place to paper push and avoid actual work by attending 10 meetings a day.

      Cons

      Inexperienced management and directors, the previous presidents friends were moved into management and director positions, poor training yet they put a specialist title on everyone staff member, unethical practices, staff were harassed and threatened into removing negative reviews which have been replaced with false positive reviews. Management spent more time figuring out the review posters rather then deal with issues brought forward. Revolving door, all decent staff have left or mysteriously disappeared without any mention.
