Pros
Great people here where you can feel a sense of belonging.
Cons
Disconnect between management and employees. About the worst health insurance of any company.
Pros
Some very nice people to work with...even some managers lots to learn
Cons
drama within management... who's sleeping with who pay
Pros
Decent pay and decent people to work for.
Cons
Bad benefits and don't expect raises.
Pros
Competitive pay and mostly stress free work place. There are some really good people who have been working for DLI for a LONG time. You can make your living here but be ready to put up with some s***.
Cons
Beyond decent pay that’s where the benefits end. No Christmas bonus, no parties, awful insurance and awful Human Resources. Get your pay but know that that’s all. You are a number to top management and you have no name. Apparently this company used to not be this way before corporate took over.
Pros
Loved the freedom to operate at night. Good people.
Cons
Huge lack of communication. No set raises. Poor FMLA company
Pros
Generous vacation time Some of the people I worked with Bonuses
Cons
Managers yelling and cussing at people Told one thing and then do something different.
Pros
you get 40 hours a week, benefits after first 30 days
Cons
they lie to you about your vacation time you get, they will not let you take any time off, the management is bully like ther, a lot of nip picking and lying from upper management , they havent given people raises in 11 years or more.
Pros
Pay is okay. Coworkers are usually nice. Satisfying work. I only work 3 days a week and I'm still full-time.
Cons
I haven't had a Supervisor in 6 months. The best we have is a Team Lead that is doing all the duties of a Supervisor. They keep moving things around. Machines, storage, parts. It all keeps getting shuffled around for poor reasons. The people making the decisions are too far removed from the actual work. They don't have an understanding of typical workflow and thus keep changing things that result in work being harder to complete. Pay. The work, effort, and risk are all too much for the pay. For $18/hour, I am operating a $200,000+ machine that has killed someone at a sister factory. They treat us like children that can't be trusted. There are signs that are vaguely insulting all over the building. Very passive-aggressive.
Pros
Pays well, decent benefits, people are decent
Cons
lots of overtime, no accountability for some
