Very unusual trends, internal politics at it's best. Promotions are on basis of politics and if an employee resigns he/she would be harassed to the core and may even have to hear slangs. Cheap bunch of goons run the show and they have hired like minded people in HR department as well. Do yourself a favor, don't ever think about this company.
