Pros

Self starting, learn how to manage a budget, your time, ability to work from home

Cons

So much work for barely anything, they expect you to do so much for a tiny percentage of the cost. You have to do everything from PR, sales, budgeting, talking to owners, calling, emailing, tracking. You are a mule for them.

You get to learn pretty quickly how to do everything from sales, marketing, social media planning, face-to-face communication etc.

You get no help doing everything from sales, marketing, social media planning, face-to-face communication etc.
