Working at Displate as Customer Support was honestly one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had. The workload and pressure were overwhelming, expectations constantly changed, and the environment felt chaotic rather than supportive. Instead of proper onboarding and guidance, there was constant stress, micromanagement, and unrealistic performance pressure. After only one month, I decided to leave because it was seriously affecting my mental well-being and work-life balance. The company may look attractive from the outside, but my experience internally was very disappointing. I would not recommend this role to people looking for a healthy and supportive workplace.
