Pros
There is a real mission and goal to better the world and this culture is being instilled throughout the company. There's real ongoing rigorous research behind their products and everyone who works here is of the highest caliber. It's great to be part of a team who believes in a mission, is amazing and skilled at what they do, AND they're still humble and kind enough to train and educate new employees.
Cons
Because they're a startup, there's still some kinks to be smoothed over. I learned to be patient and flexible as this company is expanding fast. For example, the new Recruit Manager was a godsend, but it was a little jarring transitioning from communicating directly with the Hiring Manager to her. All in all, the experience has been great but one should really have a Growth mindset.
