My boss is honestly the only good thing and the reason why I’m still here because if I leave then he is screwed. He has such a large territory that he’s covering service daily because nobody wants to stay.
Cons
PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES ON TIME. If there is a date to be paid, you PAY THEM. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to wait 3 days for a check, and it’s on the card. You have two options, their prepaid card or a paper check. If you choose paper check, the don’t mail it until the actual pay date so if that’s on a Saturday, it’s not getting mailed until MONDAY. Nevermind having to wait for the mail.
