      Pros

      Lean organization, get to learn a lot, dedicated and smart people, fast paced

      Cons

      Sweat shop, management is very disappointing, its all about cutting cost, while management takes home good bonuses, senior leadership at C level uses profanity, company will suck your life away. Layoffs happen very frequently. New leadership from Florida Blue has killed the culture. Heard a C level leader say " we are cheap" and they are. IT has no standard tools. Company religiously holds employee satisfaction survey, but no action. New IT management from Florida Blue sucks and back stabs. Not a company to work for long. Absolutely no scope for career advancement in IT

      Pros

      Good entry level jobs. Great benefits, although healthcare is expensive. Take advantage of college tuition reimbursement program, only way to advance in company is to have a degree. Overall, employee satisfaction is good. Salaries good but not high for exempt positions.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for internal advancement. Most management positions filled by transfers from parent company Florida Blue or externals. Lot of favoritism in review process and promotions. Customer Service jobs work a lot of overtime and often on Saturdays. Exempts work on the average 50 or more hours per week. Salaries low for nonexempt positions.
