We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. While we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, we value the opportunity to address your concerns and clarify our current initiatives and efforts.
Firstly, we want to acknowledge the recent redundancies. These were extremely difficult decisions influenced by various factors, such as budget cuts in response to the current economic climate and a reduced focus on diversity and inclusion across many organisations. We deeply care about our employees, and these cuts were a significant blow to us and our team.
However, we want to emphasise that the culture within our team has not diminished. In fact, we've seen a strong sense of unity among our remaining team during these difficult times. We’re proud that everyone has come together to support one another and continue to create a workplace where everyone can voice their ideas and concerns freely. We’d already introduced a number of initiatives to enhance communication between employees and senior management to ensure that all feedback can be heard and valued.
Our approach to diversity and inclusion has always involved ongoing dialogue and collaboration. While we may not always align perfectly with every individual’s perspective, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where different opinions can coexist respectfully. This, we believe, is the essence of true diversity and inclusion.
We understand that not everyone may see or appreciate these efforts, and it’s unfortunate that this was the case for the former employee who left this review. We respect their perspective and wish them the best in finding a workplace that aligns with their expectations and values.
We’re always striving to improve and evolve, and your feedback is a valuable part of that process. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts.
