Although I've enjoyed my time at Diversifying Group and appreciate its positive aspects, as an early-stage start-up, there's room for improvement, particularly in salaries and compensation. Limited resources are expected in this phase, but I believe as the company expands and gains more market presence, opportunities for better compensation will arise. It's worth noting that job satisfaction is not solely dependent on compensation; the company's remote work flexibility, inclusive culture, and growth opportunities compensate for this limitation. Overall, I'm confident that as Diversifying Group progresses and succeeds, there will be positive advancements in compensation :)
