Pros

Remote work is the best positive. Latest tech stack, whatever is new, you'll be using it here, AI or unrelated to AI. Pay is good, not very low but not exceptional.

Cons

Forceful use of AI in every feature is expected. Favouritism is present at every layer, incompetency is at the peak because managerial layer introduced in last 2years. Average hikes expectations for last 2years. People managers are made engineering manager. Director behaves like dictator.

Pros

Working here teaches you lessons about life that you don’t learn anywhere else. They do not coerce employees into resigning to escape severance responsibilities.

Cons

Pervasive office politics, arrogance, and the use of questionable performance reviews to justify terminations. In India, end-of-year firings often appear ritualistic like a goat sacrifice rather than performance-driven.

Cons

A Backend Developer is required to work night shifts, despite it not being specified in the offer letter. There is no work-life balance. The work environment is fast-paced without clear reasons. If questions are raised, employees may face termination or be subject to gossip. Mass firings have occurred without proper justification, even though the company's profits were substantial. The HR department is poorly managed.
