Pros

There are no pros to mention.

Cons

Micro managed and constantly monitored with interruptions while working with clients. The selling and customer service approach is very aggressive and vulgar. Everything is up for a bargain. Nothing that translate the Luxury culture. If you are looking for a career, RUN as fast as you can. You will be expected to work extended hours with no time for a proper lunch-break. Upper management has no consideration for their employees. All they want is numbers and who cares if you are unwell or your planned vacation time has arrived after you worked so diligently for the company. There is constant gossiping to divide team members. This was one of the worst experience I've had. Bad benefits, and PTO are horrible. Poor pay and no structure. Very negative work mentality. A lot of hypocrisy.

Cons

Expect to work 10 to 11 hour shifts where you have to scarf down your lunch during your break and run to the sales floor if god forbid someone walks in. Expect to lie through your teeth to make a sale. Expect to be verbally abused and harassed every single day. Expect blackout periods that last for months that you can’t use your sick and vacation days.

Pros

- you get humiliated every day - you get screamed at every day -you get put down every day -you get blamed for bad numbers, while the Manager takes the credit for good sales. -every day you are reminded that you are replaceable, and only you because the Manager is not replaceable. -you work long hours because its only one shift 9 hours shift but you don't get paid over time because you are salary. but when you work less than 9 hours a day your pay is less because you are paid hourly! The Manipulation at its best! -No sick leave, you get sick the Amazing Manager gives you two options: either get that day's pay cut from your paycheck or count it as a vacation day. -Public holidays: you won't get to choose to be off on those days because the Amazing Manager has the privilege to make the schedules and put herself off and put you working. -Lunch break: even though you work 9 hours a day your lunch break is only 30 min and it's unpaid. -If you come to work 5 min late you get yelled at and reported to the company, but if the manager comes late two hours it's fine! cause she was sleeping over at some guy's place whom she met in a club the night before. -Personal phone calls: you are not allowed to use the cell phone on the floor but the manager can speak with her many bf's one the phone for as long as she wants or she can gossip about guys with the other manager in the LA store who also have Drama in her life chasing a married man. If you want to work in a TOXIC environment, get your blood pressure to jump off the charts, get your energy drained every day, go work for this company.
