      Consistent schedule, but management issues and low pay

      Pros

      Monday through Friday shift. 1st shift

      Cons

      Managers play favorites. People get away with a lot. Boss is never seen. Company had gone down last 5 years with new warehouse system. Working until orders are done for day is not good. You really never know if you will be working overtime or forced to leave early without pay. Pay is the same for EVERYONE after 2 years no matter what. Except leads they make more. Top pay is very low.
