      Pros

      At the time they had work and were winning bids. Many hired at first interview starting the next day. If you make it past the first week you might be a keeper.

      Cons

      Low overall moral, lower than average pay. Continuous rotation of people being hired and fired, most being fired while others quitting. This seemed to create an atmosphere of fear of losing ones job. Poor support from office and upper management.

      Pros

      Depending on your role, you either work 24/7 or 8-5. Three weeks of pto. Employer pays for medical coverage but employee have to pay for vision and dental

      Cons

      Ownership is unprofessional. Employees are miserable. Medical benefits are poor. Office environment is chaotic and unorganized. No 401k. Blatant favoritism

      Project engineers work on-site so you do get field experience

      Cons

      extremely low pay and they don't allow you to take any vacation time during the summer months unless you're related to the owner.
