Pros

Health Tech start up with different approach apart from that there is no pros. Not a at all friendly company.

Cons

Don’t consider the other 5 star reviews they asked the current employee to do it forcefully. CEO is not friendly at all and comment on personal in indirect way. Wont suggest any friends or anyone who is thinking to join them for good hike. It short spam of time you will regret it.

Pros

Doceree conceptualised a great and unique product and has a great business potential because it is relevant to pharmaceutical industry. The product has great potential for HCP marketing and the concept of programmatic marketing is gaining fast acceptance by leading pharmaceutical companies. Doceree has great potential if business strategies get aligned to the industry and the team beyond what they consider core team get's involved in business decisions.

Cons

Lack of transparency Lack of trust Ambiguous business goals Ambiguous sales and pricing strategy No involvement of team while taking decisions, beyond a small group hijacking the decision process Irrational hiring which makes employees doubt if the bubble being created after recent funding will all of a sudden burst as it happened with few startups in India in 2022

Pros

No pros. A terrible, terrible company to work for !!

Cons

I worked at Doceree as a software engineer, and I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my career. The management is completely clueless and disconnected from reality. There’s no real vision, no leadership—just a bunch of arrogant senior folks who love to throw their weight around without contributing anything meaningful. Feedback is never welcomed—questioning bad decisions is seen as insubordination. The work culture is suffocating. Colleagues often feel like they're just waiting for the day to end. There's zero enthusiasm, no collaboration, and barely any conversations that aren't just passive-aggressive or politically motivated. You walk into the office, and it genuinely feels like a graveyard. Everyone looks drained, demotivated, and mentally checked out. Office politics run the place. Promotions and visibility depend more on buttering up the right people than actual performance. Mediocrity thrives because the talented people either leave or get sidelined by insecure seniors. The quality of talent is shockingly poor—especially considering the ambitions the company claims to have. There's no culture of learning or innovation. Just endless meetings, unclear goals, and poor communication. If you care about your mental health, career growth, or basic self-respect, I'd strongly advise you to stay far away from Doceree. The company may look promising on the outside, but inside it's a toxic mess run by ego and politics.
