Pros
Working with a great people, even though they are treated poorly a lot of these employees are loyal to a fault.
Cons
The cons of this job are low pay, unstructured management from the owner down. You can not comment or speak to upper management in a bias way because everyone is either related, dated, or married to one another. The concentration is on minuscule useless things instead of the actual business (service and serving good food). The service is terrible at every location due to the negative tone set by the company. There are no benefits. If your a full time employee, your hours will be cut if your close to overtime. The owner is volatile in his speech and management tactics. The company runs on negative reinforcements and fear.
