The woman who is the president of this location is a terrible manager, and really doesn't know how to run a business. She's high strung, seems to be out of the office more than she's in, and lets her personal life interfere with running the business. No training to speak of, the software stinks, and they're just not very well organized. While they say that telecommuting isn't available, the other salesperson is allowed to telecommute whenever she wants. There's no business vision or direction here. They'd be far better off hiring an general manager to run the company or sell it to their British division.

Where do I start with this job? There is zero training here. They gave me a terrible laptop that crashed every time I tried to train on the VM. After weeks of complaining about it, they finally did something after I asked if I could purchase my own laptop and put the VM on there. The culture at this job was extremely unprofessional, and they will talk about you behind your back every chance they get, but then tell you to your face that you are doing a great job. They do it with current employees as well. Please do not waste your time with this organization. The software is way overpriced for what you get. Dropbox is a much better solution!!!
