      Everything....They treat you like a person instead of a number. I have worked with many pest control companies. Dodson pest Control is the best...hands down

      You can take your vehicle home. Pretty good health insurance.

      Cons

      Everyone hates to coming into work. The management is terrible. The pay is not worth the work. You will be degraded mostly everyday with little to no reward
