I still remember my first day (14th May 2014) when I entered Dolcera's office with anxiety and nervous breakdown because it was my first job. I didn't have any experience although I heard lots of rumor about corporate culture. Initial three months of the probation period, I was learned basic of IPR and started work with key members of the life sciences team (Prakash garu, Puru Sir, Anil sir, and Sumair). Team lead gave me lots of opportunities (proposals, client interaction, and team management) which I wouldn't learn from anywhere. Special Thanks to my Team Lead (Prakash garu). With time, I built my confidence because he was always behind me to take care of my mistakes. He just gave me free hand to do all those works. Thanks to management who allow me to attend conferences, client's site visit etc. Suggestion for new joiners and reviewer: There is zero percentage politics, favoritism, and mismanagement. Team lead and management will recognize you if you will prove yourself. The company will recognize talent on the basis of merit only. Most of you think if Dolcera is that much good corporation, Why did I leave? so answer is here only-I left Doclera because I want to get married and take care of my family, otherwise, I wouldn't leave it at any cost.
