      Learned a lot but not a career solution

      Pros

      Most are a sound bunch of people to work with. You learn a lot from the person sitting beside you. Nice office environment.

      Cons

      Poor pay and perks. Purposely was paid below min wage as there is no legal min wage for interns. Moved up to less than 20k after internship. Salary significantly diluted due to long hours and the expectation to work late.

      Good to learn business side of design and learn from other amazing designers. Fast paced and exciting projects

      Cons

      Hours do not relate to pay. Need to sort out business model to ensure greater pay for staff and include other perks

      Great team, culture, and supportive management. Always worked on a diverse range of projects and was given lots of opportunity to learn and grow.

      Cons

      As a consultancy it's very fast paced which is a positive or negative depending on your work style
