Pros

Donaldson was a fairly stable company during my employment there. Since leaving, I have seen them undergo many changes and have been exponentially more visible and present on LinkedIn. Their website has also greatly improved to serve their global product portfolio.

Cons

Parts of the Minneapolis building need massive rebuilding and renovation. Working in a windowless basement was terrible.
