Pros

Intensive Training - you will undergo a different badges with lessons, quizzes and exam. They have LDA's who will assess your output. All the trainings they provide are the real work that you will do if you will be matched with a client. You will get to have an overview on what your day will look like when you will have a client. Benefits - they have the mandatory government benefits with HMO. Lastly, the work culture is good. On time salary :)

Cons

For me the training and onboarding process is too long.

We acknowledge your concerns about the alignment of compensation with your assigned tasks, and we take this matter seriously. We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new incentive program, which includes performance-based rewards that have the potential to double your base pay.
