      Ambiente multicultural y beneficios, pero falta de transparencia y formación

      Pros

      - El proceso de contratación es súper rápido. - Los viernes hay lunch gratis y sales a las 3pm - El equipo es multicultural - Cafe, Te, Coca-cola, galletas y fruta gratis.

      Cons

      - Falta de transparencia: Aunque el cargo es AE realmente estas trabajando en un call center, donde te exigen hacer 100 llamadas al dia. - La rotación es tan alta que en un periodo de 3 meses, un mismo lead pudo haber sido contactado por 3 personas diferentes, lo cual deriva falta de seguimiento y de crear una relación con los leads. - En el on boarding no te entrenan realmente, para que entiendas el producto y tengas suficiente conocimiento para venderlo. Te dan 3 capacitaciones muy generales de como funciona y con esto quieren que a la primera semana ya este haciendo llamadas. - El periodo de prueba supuestamente es de 6 meses pero hay gente que la despiden a la cuarta semana - Falta de comunicación: Los targets fueron compartidos en una reunión de 30 minutos la que finalizó diciendo que se nos iba a compartir un documento con KPIs, targets etc, sin embargo, en dicha reunión nunca te dicen que si alguna cuenta te cancela durante los primeros 6 meses, te descuentan eso de tu siguiente pago, eso lo debes leer en el documento que te envian... - Tienes 30 minutos para almorzar.

      Great working environment that feels positive and supportive Diverse team (all ages) but everyone is friendly and welcoming Regular company-wide meetings that build a strong sense of team and connection People are always willing to help, even across different departments Good collaboration and interaction between departments High level of flexibility; management is understanding and adapts to personal situations CEOs are visible and approachable, which is rare and appreciated HR is supportive and accessible Growth opportunity into other roles/ different departments

      Offices are only located in Madrid; having options to work from other locations would be a nice to have
