Pros
There's a genuine concern and respect for the person behind the keyboard at this company. Hats off to the management group for cultivating this kind of atmosphere. We get to work with current Microsoft development technologies and work with management about how the system is architected.
Cons
It's a small company with ambitious goals. As a result, we've struggled to manage the balance the quality/features/time dimensions of our development sprints/iterations. We were also recently bought by a larger overseas company. Time will tell how the dynamics of the company will change as a result.
