Selfish and Arrogant management, using the employees to promote their personal agendas, with no thanks. Wages are frozen for the 3rd year now. Bullying and scare campaigns are part of the routine. huge staff turnover due to short-sighted managers and HR negligence. No true leadership.No work culture.
