      Pros

      Doyle's constant traffic of captains and sailors gives employees plenty of opportunities to network in the sailing industry.

      Cons

      The communication between coworkers has a history of being unprofessional and abusive. As a sailmaker, there is little room to move up within the company's ranks. There is little variability in work tasks, causing a lot of repetition in work.

      Nice sailors , nice designs okay finishing

      Cons

      Worst work environment - they treat customers like POS After they get their deposit for sails promised to be made in US but deceiving customers with sails cheaply made In Asia by not even their licensee partners
