Pros

Some of the lads there are really nice. Eg the tug and crane drivers. Not including management

Cons

Where do I start.... Bulling, harassment, its not what you know it's who u know. If u lick management's a.. you will be OK. If not then ur life here won't be nice. A lot of working hours per week. Rosters changed all the time. When your on late shift you have no idea when u will get home. Some staff get weekends off the special ones let's say and the rest have to work every weekend. Safety ha what's that there's none in there.

Pros

None whatsoever except some staff were wonderful but Im not talking managerial staff.

Cons

Management treat staff like muck and manage people out if they take a dislike to you. They act like 2 year olds and think it is totally acceptable to call employees the C word. They call you in last minute if understaffed and will repremand you if you say no. Pure bullies

Pros

Maybe after walking a mile to toilet hoping theres toilet paper there

Cons

Work all the hours god sends you. A few jumped up pups that are looked after very well by the managers while all the other lads get the crap, and most more than likely 30k less than them. The rest of the lads go around telling the managers everything that goes on trying to make themselves look good. Pure slime ball stuff really like. Get a life...oh no wait your haven't got one as you work 80 hours a week. No lighting in yards and you can't see where you are going. No toilets in yard, in fact id say the rats in the toilet wear overalls. Lads practically falling asleep in heavey machinery as they are working 18 and 20 hour days. All managers went home early Xmas gone and all the poor sods in the yard where there untill 2 a.m. in the snow. Ah well as long as they are ok and their families are seeing the parents eh.
