      Pros

      I love working here, the company is really going places and expanding rapidly. My colleagues are great and I love that we do Doggy Friday in the office. People that don't want to work hard, don't have clear goals shouldn't work here as it's super exciting where we are heading.

      • Some of the staff were kind and welcoming • A few coworkers had good intentions despite the chaos

      • No structure or organization • Zero training or guidance • Poor leadership and communication • Age-based disrespect and belittling • Unprofessional treatment from management • Expectations are unclear and constantly changing • Chaotic environment with nothing in place • Misleading hiring process and no transparency

      This company really does want what is best for their client and their client's client. For a company growing leaps and bounds they are always willing to learn and grow and be better! It is important to them that their staff be as healthy and happy and that their clients also get what is needed to be successful.
