If you are a fresher and you want to grow then this is the best place where you can Kickstart your Professional Journey. The talent is highly appreciated over here, if I talk about myself, I was just a fresher and within 4 months I was designated as Mentor and my work was highly appreciated. Also, the company offers open door policy and they mean it when they say so. I myself have been welcomed for all my doubts and concerned by Manager and the staff.
Cons
You will see a different variety of people over here and you need to be mentally strong in order to be there. Anywhere in the world you need to be mentally strong so this cannot be considered as a drawback, it depends on the individual.
