Pros

Projects are very interesting, many very famous brands with strategical challenges. People working there are nice for most of them (2004/2009 but it might have changed since) The brand expertise at Dragon Rouge is pretty good even though probably not better than anywhere else. Creative woking place but once again this was really linked to the people there. In Paris they don' t work on Fridays afternoon (RTT) but they work a lot though :) A small package consists in " interessement et participation" usually 1/2 of a monthly salary every year. They have a budget for some "we don't want you here anymore" negotiation, meaning that you should not quit if you feel they don' t want you anymore. They are pretty fair when negotiating because they don' t want a long and painful trial.

Cons

Management is only profit oriented (which is not negative), they don' t care about the people (which becomes a problem when being a manager). They are great strategists but very poor managers (especially the CEO who is the worst skilled of them when dealing with people). Very low salaries (especially for young people) because they try to make you believe that you have the job "one million girls would die for"... (yet there is not cemetery in front of the agency!) They constantly try to make you feel bad about yourself so that you don't even dare thinking about asking for a raise... If you get a small one then they tell you you don't deserve it, how weird hum? They push people out but try to avoid dismissal, they prefer a nice resignation letter.
