High turnover, unapproachable CEO, low compensation, management constantly talks down to direct reports and little diversity within the employees.

-Manager has no idea how to manage -Wasn't given the amount of hours that we promised when hired -You don't get to make connections with your customers, once you get a customer to try something on then a manager takes over at the fitting booths and gets the sales, at every other retail store I know the sales associate gets to start and finish the sale and that's how you build your customer book -Pay was measly at $10.50/h and only managers will ever be full time. A sales rep cannot earn full time status, which means you cannot have any benefits. Classic cheapskate move and super unfortunate considering all the amazing work that the face of the company, Reese Witherspoon, is doing when it comes to human rights. But at Draper James health care isn't one of them.

I worked at the Nashville store for about 4 months, and I absolutely loved it. All of my managers were supportive, and my co-workers made working so much fun. Everyone (mostly) is happy to be there, especially the customers, which makes styling and helping them easy.

Cons

Since a lot of the employees are younger, there is a quick employee turn-around.
