The company boasts a team of incredibly talented employees.

Cons

Upper level management has no clue what they are doing. VERY DISHONEST!! Never worked for a more unethical company. Employees are severely underpaid, with significant wage disparities. There's little opportunity for career advancement unless someone is terminated. The lower level employees are given little to no recognition for their hard work. Additionally, there are blatant unethical practices taking place under the direction of management.

You will learn how agency operates and how you can contribute to its success. It might help you decide whether you want a career in an agency or not.

Cons

This is the worst agency to work for. The work pressure is insane, the pay is a joke, and you have terrible work-life balance. If you are smart, you will avoid this horrible agency and seek employment in another decent agency. There are plenty of good ones out there.

The only reason you'd work here is to gain some experience.

Cons

Super high turnover, employees are disposable. Salary is terrible compared to other companies. Workloads are overwhelming. Managers treat employees like garbage. Not worth the stress, stay away.
