Working at Dribbble has been an incredible experience. The company fosters an amazing work environment, and what truly stands out is the people-first culture! As an employee, you would feel valued and have a space where you could succeed. Colleagues are also the best bunch. There's a great work/life balance too!

Cons

Being a fully distributed team, it can sometimes feel a bit disconnected but PeopleOps always comes up with fun and engaging social events everyone could participate in. It's great that you get the opportunity to be with the whole team once a year too.
