The company culture is also really great. You really get to know the people who work with you and friendly challenges are a big part of this business.

Although I did not stay long with the company, I was really impressed by their hiring process. Everyone who I interviewed with were very professional and had a complete understanding of the company, its vision, and how its employees fit into that vision. I understood from the beginning that this company desired to train and educate its employees in order to hire internally for future positions, a tactic that isn’t seen nowadays.
